ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS
I INTRODUCTION
The Regulations define the rules for making purchases in the online store operated by the Seller.
- The Seller is: Premnet Szenejko i Wspólnicy Spółka Jawna (hereinafter referred to as PremNet sp. j.), 80-332 Gdańsk, ul. Piastowska 43, NIP: 5842739814, KRS: 0000542051, District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk.
- The store is available at premnet.pl.
- The store is located in Gdańsk, ul. Piastowska 43.
- We answer all questions via e-mail: sklep@premnet.pl or by phone: 507505185.
- The technical requirements for using the Store are as follows: a computer with Internet access and an installed web browser that supports HTML 5 and JavaScript, as well as cookies enabled in the browser.
- Our office is open from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. In the online store you can shop at any time, every day of the week.
- The information on the PremNet sp. j. store websites does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code (Article 543 of the Civil Code does not apply). The content of the premnet.pl store websites constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract. The Buyer, by placing an order using the forms available on the store websites, simultaneously makes an offer to purchase a specific product under the terms and conditions specified in the product description and described in these regulations. The moment of conclusion of the sales contract occurs at the time the Seller issues a VAT invoice.
- By placing an order, the Buyer automatically accepts all the terms and conditions specified in these regulations. The condition for placing an order in the online store by the Buyer is to read these regulations and fully accept their provisions.
- The owner of the premnet.pl store, PremNet sp. j., in accordance with applicable law, reserves the right to change the prices of goods and modify the assortment of the online store (including removing selected products from the store’s offer).
- All information and photographs, in accordance with applicable law, are protected by copyright – their copying, publishing on other websites, distribution, use for commercial purposes, without the consent of PremNet sp. j., is prohibited. The materials, photos and descriptions contained on the website of the online store premnet.pl are published for informational purposes only. Color differences between product photos and reality may result from different settings and configurations of the Customer’s computer equipment. The trade names of products, company names, their marks and company logos used on our websites belong to their legal owners.
- Only an adult natural person or an entrepreneur conducting business activity in any form provided for by law may be a buyer in the online store PremNet sp. j.
- The premnet.pl store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the Customer’s order if previous cooperation negatively affects the Customer’s solvency, credibility and reliability.
II SHOPPING
- An order is placed by confirming the contents of the basket and sending the appropriate data via the form located on the website of the premnet.pl store.
- If the form has been properly completed and sent to PremNet sp. j., we will send details regarding order fulfillment and payment to the email address provided therein.
- The prices given are gross prices and do not include shipping costs. The currency used in the premnet.pl store is the Polish złoty.
- When fulfilling an order, the Seller issues proof of purchase (VAT invoice) for the ordered goods.
- The Buyer authorizes the Seller to issue a VAT invoice without the Buyer’s signature.
- The description of each product includes the number of working days that is the estimated order fulfillment date. If the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, the store’s service will contact the ordering party by e-mail or phone.
- In the case of products imported from abroad on special order (information about this can be found in the description of the item), after receiving the order, we contact the customer by phone to arrange the details. Then, via e-mail, the customer receives an order form, which specifies the item and value of the order and the amount of the deposit, which is 40% of the gross value of the order. The order is fulfilled when the deposit is received in the store’s account. The remaining amount is paid by the buyer in a form agreed individually at the time of receiving information that the ordered products are ready for collection/shipment.
III. PAYMENT METHODS

IV. SHIPMENT OF GOODS AND RULES FOR ITS RECEIPT
- The goods are sent by the DPD courier company, insured shipments. The delivery time is standard 2-3 working days, unless otherwise agreed. The seller is not responsible for delays resulting from reasons attributable to the courier company or the impossibility of delivery due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. absence of the recipient, incorrect address, etc.).
- Shipping costs (domestic, gross, prices given in PLN): prepayment: PLN 17 (up to 6 products), in special cases agreed individually with the customer.
- Each product is carefully inspected before shipping, then protected with cardboard fillers, wrapped with plastic tapes and, in the case of glass products, marked “handle with care – glass”.
- Upon receipt, we kindly ask you to carefully check the contents of the shipment in the presence of a representative of the courier company. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer should check its contents and the general condition of the purchased goods in the presence of the courier. This is possible after signing the bill of lading, and in the case of a cash on delivery shipment, only after settling the amount due.
- In the event of damage to the shipment during transport or reservations (comments) as to the quantity of the delivered goods, a damage report should be drawn up in the presence of the courier, in which the following should be entered: place, date, time of delivery and description of damage or shortages of the goods and packaging, and then the report signed by the buyer and the courier should be sent to the Seller.
V. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
- A necessary condition for initiating the complaint procedure is to complete the complaint form and have the original proof of purchase of the goods being complained about (in the form of a receipt or invoice).
- An individual customer may withdraw from an online sales agreement without giving a reason within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with the “Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”. The returned product cannot show signs of use, must have original and undamaged packaging, complete equipment and accessories as well as sales documents (original proof of purchase) and product. The shipment must be accompanied by a letter informing that the goods are being sent back on the terms of return and the bank account number to which the amount for the returned goods is to be refunded. Shipping costs and the price of additional services performed at the Customer’s request are not refundable.
- Each return must be previously agreed with the seller by e-mail. The cost of the transport service is covered by the customer. Our employee checks the returned goods, and then the value of the products (excluding transport costs) is transferred back to the customer. The store never accepts cash on delivery.
- The returned goods must be sent back together with the invoice, return declaration, instruction manual, warranty card and attached accessories.
- In the event of a complaint, the defective goods should be packed together with all accessories that the customer received upon delivery (e.g. instructions, cables) and sent back at their own expense to the premnet.pl store.
VI. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- PremNet spółka jawna with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Piastowska 43 (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor), grants the end user (hereinafter referred to as the Client) a guarantee on the terms described in this document.
- Before using the device, please read the included instruction manual carefully.
- The warranty is granted for a period of 24 months.
- The warranty period is counted from the date of sale of the device to the Customer. Defects of the device reported to the Guarantor after the warranty period has elapsed are not covered by the warranty.
- The Customer is entitled to pursue claims under the warranty even after the warranty period has expired if he has notified the Guarantor of the defect during that period.
- The warranty covers all defects revealed during the warranty period resulting from causes inherent in the device.
- The warranty does not cover device defects resulting from:
– mechanical damage,
– use contrary to the instructions for use or the intended use of the device,
– random events, including lightning, fire, flooding, high temperatures and chemical agents,
– improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the principles contained in the instructions), including improper power supply to devices that may damage the device. - Any breach of the device security measures (seals, warranty stickers, serial number stickers) by the Customer, as well as any modifications to the device or repairs to the device by the Customer, shall result in the expiry of this warranty.

- The customer should appropriately secure the device for the duration of transport as part of the complaint submission.
- Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint and delivery of the complained device.
VII. DATA SECURITY
- Personal data provided during registration or order fulfillment will be processed by the administrator of the personal data database PremNet sp. j. in order to provide services offered by the premnet.pl store
- By registering on the website or providing data for shipping, the Buyer agrees to the processing and storage of personal data by the administrator of the personal data base PremNet sp. j. in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133 item 883, as amended). Personal data will be processed in order to provide services provided by the premnet.pl store. The Buyer has the right to view and correct their data. Personal data is provided by Buyers voluntarily.

- If the customer does not issue an instruction to delete their data, they will be stored by the administrator of the personal data database, PremNet sp. j., in compliance with all applicable standards of caution and confidentiality, until the next order is fulfilled or the deletion instruction is sent.
- Personal data of Customers of the premnet.pl store, as used for the purpose of executing sales contracts, may be transferred to entities responsible for the delivery of purchased goods to the customer.
